Promoter's Background
Mr. Ramakrishnan, the main promoter of Corporate Clinic™, is a postgraduate in management with specialization in finance and has 15 years of experience behind him. He specializes in corporate strategy, financial planning, portfolio management, capital structuring and financial reengineering.
He started his career as executive in a Chennai based highly diversified industrial group with an asset base of US$ 200 million and went on to head the corporate finance division of its flagship company within a span of 7 years.
The group had interests in sugar, power, alcohol, chemicals, petrochemicals, biotechnology, mutual funds, financing, safe deposit vaults, trading and merchant banking. After of decade of experience with this group, he took up an assignment as Group President of an IT company with interest in animation, geographic information system and CAD/CAM.
With his appetite more for turnarounds, he took up assignments for reviving sick companies with financial institutions.
Mr. Ramakrishnan has hands on experience in the following industries in the focus industries, which Corporate Clinic™ has specialized in servicing. During the span of 15 years, Mr. Ramakrishnan has raised funds for the corporates both by way of debt and equity totaling to almost Indian Rupees five billion.
